When it comes to their cars, Ford customers are a loyal bunch with their beloved Ford often becoming one of the family. Through an earlier DM piece, 40,000 FordDirect customers were asked to reveal their fondest Ford memory and showcased the best of those memories – including hand-written passages and original photography – in a follow-up 40pp DM piece called ‘Generations’. These stories and pictures were then shared across social media.
I was responsible for the creation, design and production of the used vehicle literature, and the dealership events for the Ford dealerships. These included car and commercial brochures, radio and press ads, DM packs, flags and decals that could be tailored to any dealership in the FordDirect franchise.
